Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy everyone! Bonjour!!!! Salut!!!!!
I hope your all doing amazing, and had a great March break.
I'm doing really well. I love France! Everything about it is amazing, the food, the people, the architecture etc.
I started school about two weeks ago, ITS A LOT HARDER THAN SCHOOL HERE. I go to the local patisserie almost every day to taste new goodies, I can’t help my self. I'm a pro crepe chef, so who ever wants (upon return) can come over and have a crepe feast at my place, as we watch Brice From Nice (this crazy French movie). Okay enough about the food, so the house is petite but cozy out of every window is a gorgeous mountain.
..I visited Paris for a few days, and it was stunning. I almost got lost. I was at the top of the Eiffel Tower when I looked down to see that my group was at the bottom walking away. IT WAS NOT FUN RUNNING DOWN, ALL THOSE STAIRS!
I also visited the South of France it is stunning, nice and warm as well.
We have another vacation in April, and the family is taking me to Spain! I'm so excited.
Nadege my exchange partner is very very nice, and I think you will all like her!
I have lots more to tell you all, but ill wait till I return.

Here are a few things I find different
1) The toilet has its own room
2) They think its nuts we eat cheese for breakfast
3) They eat their cheese after dinner for desert
4) They eat their pop corn with sugar (they think it’s crazy we have ours with butter, I said id prepare it for them)
5) They don’t have bagels (I said I was sorry I wouldn’t be bale to make them some)
6) They have daily Manifestations (which are like protests)
7) The French guys dress amazing!!!
8) For a "hello" they give 2 kisses one on each cheek some regions 3!

Well I can’t wait to tell you all more details and events but I just wanted to let you all know im having a great time!

Liquor Run has been completed...Credit goes out to: Lee, Melissa, Jer, & Ryan(Melissa's brother). If you asked for something we got it so make sure you have money for friday or we won't give it to you, pay in full no spotting for anyone. We're supplying alot of vodka, so if you have no liquor, bring money because we're charging 3$ a shot, first come first serve, so good luck with that.

Party! I think we're much overdue. My father has been so kind as to allow me to have free rein over the house for the weekend, as he is somewhere with his "band". ANYWAYS as a result of this I will obviously be having a party this friday night. Ask me for directions, it's evidently at my dad's house, so it's just off Bayview. Sleeping over is fine, & the amazingly good part is we don't have to rush like crazy mofo's to clean up in the morning since he won't be home saturday. But you all still better help! I'd bring sleeping bad if I were you because according to Gittel there aren't many beds...

We sat for two hours drinking wine while associating names with objects

We tried to recall from french class memories all the days of the week, we got most of them but we both forgot Dimanche

We went in the church and Dylan describes it "as the most akward thing he's ever exprienced"

This is the apartment we stayed at, but tried to aboid as much as possible since it was extremly hot, for reasons unknown.

The buses their run 24 hours & they've have so many second cups that are 24 hours too. On the train ride home this drunken french man was talking to us for a good five minutes in French till he realized we didn't speak french, he apologized sortof, then starting yelling at alittle French boy "BON VOYAGE! BON VOYAGE!!"

There are certain parts of this world (North Korea, Jamaica, Moscow-too name afew) that I have such expectations for. I feel like if I visit these certain places and they do not live up to these expectations, something inside me will be crushed, or rather I will just be let down in a small scale way. Montreal is not one of these places, so really I won't be let down, unless of course something really horrible happend & I lost my ear in a freak accident or something. This being the cause I'm more prone to have a better time in Montreal than North Korea-I guess. There is one thing I am completly certain of, that any title I ever give anything ever eva evr it will never correspond directly to what I'm titling.

I think we're all drawing conclusion nowadays that cookies should no longer be cooked, and essentially should just be served in dough form. Now that is settled we can continue to dicuss things that mattered today, I realize the cookie comment was highly irrelevant to the rest of my post, but I'm sure if I gathered a common consensus of a few people's opinion they would believe the statement is relatively valid, just like cults.But only relitively. I missed out on roughly ten conversations today, actually I can't actually say I "missed" out because technically I was apart of them, I just can't recall anything they involved. Though I do recall one conversationaless encounter, of me and some girl who has a very wrong impression of what kind of person I actually am. Since I had not ingested food in many many many of the previous hours, while I was held captive in alittle room, with lots of forms & a nice tv, my hungry was undoubtedly huge. So post-this room I got my hands on a nice-looking(but really gross-cause I hate cold food) tuna wrap, & this girl had to witness me with this massive massive apetite attack this small, but gross, & messy tuna wrap, & while I was "packing" it in, we happend to be in a quite atmosphere, so I'm not doubting the fact some akward sounds coming from my mouth were infact being picked up by her ears. All that aside I don't think I'd be peticularily upset if Iwas being sexual harrased, atleast I'd feel desirable, victims of this terrible terrible crime, yes it is a crime, may have a different view, but whatver. I realize I'm not much of a phone person, but if certain people called, I'd beg to differ, but really wouldn't. but i g2g!!

ick...I'm really sick, phonomia(I don't know how to spell it), I've spent the past few days bed ridden, & today in the hospital with highish fever's. Though I'm really proud of myself I learned how to swallow whole pills today, a long overdue accomplishment, I'm also on steroids ;) does it really matter if you mix steroids with alcohol? Probably not. Maybe, whatever. & I'm missing my first work shift tonight, & I haven't had a nice meal for awhile, someone save me! I want to go out for dinner tonight, if we go I'll take a shower & even wash my face. But tomorrow I decided I will be better.

I witnessed the after affects of a crime at the "richmondhill center" afew nights ago. There was some rambling odd looking guy on his knee's while the viva polica tried to get him to his feet, he was yelling stuff like "i cannt movee". Meanwhile two guys in t-shirts with mohawks were yelling "DONT LOOK AT HIM. HE'S RETARDED!". Soon after the viva police could not get the situation under control, the real po showed up, and as our bus was driving away, we got to see the police push the guy right up against the cop car in handcuffs, pertty cool i guess. I've done alot of viva-ing in the past few days, we chased the bus down for two stop-lights and it zoomed past us, but it then proceeded to wait for us at the stop for 5 whole minutes, I was so surprised. I think I'm being "let-go" at my new job, so I think I'll go job hunting today

I went to magic hill saturday with dylan, leigh (k), & anne (germany), we were at the exit when we saw this odd man juggling. So we asked him for a picture, he was really nice, & we started talking to him about juggling and such. Then we jokingly asked if he knew pete jarvis, and he did! haha I was so excited, he knew the cube, silver elvis and everything. It was so obscure I mean we met this man techinically in a ditch...
